Thanks to your generosity, more than $86,000 was raised at the fifth annual Live Well Ozaukee!
Your donation will help expand the minimally invasive robotic surgery program at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton by educating our team members, referring physicians, and enhancing and adding training equipment.
Our surgical robotics program was originally launched at our hospital's inception in 2010 by urologist Alex Zacharias, MD. At the time, this technology was uncharted territory, but Dr. Zacharias believed in the potential this innovative tool could have for his patients. Today, the robot is used across multiple specialties and for a number of procedures. Because of your support, we can now further develop Aurora Medical Center in Grafton as a destination for patients, students and practitioners of surgical robotics.
