Honor the memory of a loved one in our Tree of Angels

Every year, family and friends participate in the Tree of Angels Remembrance Ceremony to honor their loved one and purchase an angel in their memory. Based on guidelines to limit large gatherings due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are unable to hold our traditional in-person Tree of Angels ceremony. However, we remain committed to providing grief support during the holiday season as we remember the loved ones we have lost.

By making a donation, you will receive a mailed commemorative angel ornament, and a grief-support toolkit with instructions for creating a special ceremony to honor your loved one in the comfort of your own home. Please note, commemorative angels are not personalized.

An angel with your loved one’s name will hang on the trees in front of Aurora Zilber Family Hospice beginning early December through early January. You are welcome to visit our Tree of Angels area any day of the week between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. while practicing social distancing and wearing a mask.

Each act of generosity makes a difference. Together, we continue to provide compassionate and extraordinary hospice care at Aurora Zilber Family Hospice and in the home.

A pre-recorded video of Advocate Aurora team members reading the names of honored loved ones will be available here. All names must be submitted by November 16, 2020, to be included.
