Tree of Angels has a long history. The tradition started 25 years ago at the Milwaukee Hospice Residence, the predecessor of Aurora Zilber Family Hospice, a nurse at the facility made an angel in memory of the hospice’s first patient and hung in the hospice during the holiday season. When Aurora Zilber Family Hospice was built in 2005, family and friends took the opportunity to remember a loved one by hanging an angel on our evergreen trees.
Please join us for the Tree of Angels remembrance ceremony benefiting Aurora Zilber Family Hospice and the Aurora at Home Hospice programs. With your support, we will continue to provide the highest level of end-of-life care to those who need it most.
